Number Service Terms

These terms govern digital numbers activated on your SveaSMS account, operated by Global Trade Rhino LLC — both numbers used to receive SMS and numbers used for calling. They apply in addition to the Terms of Service, the Voice Calling Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Refund Policy.

1. You rent, you do not own

A number is made available to you for use during a recurring period. No ownership, licence or other lasting right in the number passes to you. You have no right to port the number out, no right to any specific number, and no right to recover a number once it has been released.

2. Fees

• A one-time setup fee and the first period's fee are charged at activation.
• Both are non-refundable, even if the number is never used.
• The number renews each period against the account balance.
• Per-country pricing may change. Changes apply from the next period.

3. Insufficient balance

If the balance does not cover renewal, the number is released immediately. There is no grace period and no reservation. A released number may be assigned to another customer at once and normally cannot be recovered. A started period is not refunded.

4. Reclamation

We may replace, move or reclaim a number where an operator, authority, regulator or technical circumstance requires it, and upon suspicion of abuse. Where possible we offer a replacement number. Monetary compensation is not provided under any circumstances.

5. Abuse and suspension

Upon suspicion of fraud, spoofing, spam, harassment, unlawful activity or any other breach — including but not limited to the above — the account is frozen immediately and the number is reclaimed. Suspicion is sufficient; we are not required to present evidence or give prior warning. On suspension, any remaining balance is forfeited and no fees are refunded.

6. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for how the number is used, for the content of traffic to and from it, and for compliance with the law of the country the number belongs to. Some countries require local presence or registration; where such requirements are not met, the number may be reclaimed without refund.

7. Availability

Numbers are provided as is. We do not warrant that every operator or service will accept a given number, that SMS from every sender will be delivered, or that the number will work for verification with a specific service. Emergency calling is not supported.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a number at any time with effect from the next period. Periods already paid are not refunded. If the account is deleted, all active numbers are released automatically.
