Refund Policy

We want you to be happy. Here's how we handle refunds:

Unused balance

Unused balance can be refunded within 14 days from deposit on request via the dashboard. After 14 days the balance is locked but never expires.

Incorrect charges

If an SMS was charged but never delivered by the operator, the balance is automatically credited when the DLR is received.

Crypto

Crypto refunds are made in the equivalent value at the time of payout, to the wallet that made the deposit.
