Not happy? Here's our process:

Step 1 — contact us

Send a description to support@sveasms.se. We reply within 3 business days and decide within 30 days.

Step 2 — escalation

If we can't reach a solution, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for consumer matters, or the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) for telecom complaints.

Step 3 — legal review

Disputes are ultimately settled by Stockholm District Court under Swedish law.
