Acceptable Use Policy

SveaSMS is a professional platform for legitimate business communication. The following is prohibited:

Prohibited content

• Spam and unsolicited marketing without opt-in.
• Phishing, smishing and fraud.
• Fake sender IDs intended to deceive recipients (impersonation of a bank, authority, etc.).
• Illegal content under Swedish and EU law.
• Threats, harassment and hate speech.
• Content that infringes intellectual property.

Sending requirements

• Only to recipients who have given consent or where a legal basis exists.
• Clear sender — the recipient must be able to identify you.
• Opt-out instructions in marketing (STOP/AVSLUTA is handled automatically).

Consequences

Violations lead to immediate suspension and may be reported to PTS, IMY or the police.
