Sender ID Rules

This policy governs the choice of alphanumeric or numeric sender ID for messages sent via SveaSMS, operated by Global Trade Rhino LLC. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the chosen sender ID is lawful, accurate and not misleading in the recipient's jurisdiction.

1. General requirements

• Alphanumeric sender ID may be up to 11 characters (A–Z, a–z, 0–9). Some networks do not support all characters.
• The sender ID must clearly reflect the actual sender and business. Misleading names are prohibited.
• Some countries (e.g. USA, Canada, India, China) require pre-registration of sender IDs with the operator or regulator. Unregistered sends may be filtered without notice.

2. Strictly prohibited sender IDs

The following sender IDs are strictly prohibited regardless of content:

• Names of banks, insurers, card networks (Visa, Mastercard) or BankID.
• Names of postal, logistics or e-commerce giants when the content is not a genuine send from them (PostNord, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, Klarna etc.).
• Trademarks where the Customer lacks written authorisation from the rights holder.
• Generic names ("INFO", "NOTICE", "MESSAGE") combined with fraud-like content.

3. Numeric senders

When using a numeric sender (short or long number) the same non-misleading requirement applies and the Customer must have the right to use the number. Spoofing another subscriber's number is prohibited.

4. Country-specific restrictions

In several countries alphanumeric sender IDs are prohibited or require registration. The Customer is responsible for checking local rules. The Company may from time to time publish country guidelines but is not responsible for their exhaustive accuracy.

5. Consequences

Breach of this policy triggers immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balance under the Refund Policy.
