Sender ID Policy

You choose your own Sender ID (up to 11 alphanumeric characters) without pre-approval. The following still applies:

Allowed

• Your own brand or product name.
• Short, recognizable name the recipient can associate with you.

Not allowed

• Impersonation of a bank, authority, BankID, police, etc.
• Known brands you do not own.
• Misleading names intended to deceive recipients.

Consequences

Abuse means immediate block of the Sender ID and account. See also acceptable use.
