Dialer Terms of Use
Updated: 2026-08-17
These terms govern the SveaSMS call console (the "dialer"), provided by Global Trade Rhino LLC. They apply in addition to the Terms of Service, the Voice Calling Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Refund Policy. In case of conflict, these terms prevail on matters relating to the dialer.
1. Access is granted by application
The dialer is an invitation-based service. Access is a privilege granted at our sole discretion, not a right arising from holding an account or from having funded a balance. We may refuse, suspend, limit or permanently revoke access at any time, with or without stated cause and without prior notice. Access is personal, non-transferable and terminates automatically if the account is closed or suspended.
2. Prohibited use
The following is prohibited and results in immediate enforcement. The list is illustrative and not exhaustive — including but not limited to:
- fraud, vishing, social engineering and any form of financial deception,
- caller ID spoofing or manipulation, including neighbour spoofing,
- wangiri, traffic pumping, artificially generated traffic and revenue share fraud,
- robocalling, autodialing without a live agent and pre-recorded bulk messaging,
- harassment, threats, repeated unwanted calls and calls at hours prohibited by local law,
- impersonation of an authority, bank, operator, payment provider or other third party,
- calling numbers on do-not-call registries or recipients who have objected to contact,
- reselling, sharing or renting dialer access to third parties,
- attempts to circumvent technical limits, quotas, filters or logging.
3. Suspicion is sufficient
We reserve the right to freeze the account and disable the dialer immediately upon suspicion of a breach. We are not required to present evidence, await an investigation, give prior warning or justify the decision. The assessment is made unilaterally by us based on, among other things, traffic patterns, complaints, operator feedback, destination profile, call duration and answer rate.
4. Effect of suspension
- Calls in progress may be terminated without notice.
- The account is frozen immediately and sign-in may be blocked.
- Any remaining balance is forfeited in full and is not refunded.
- Setup fees and monthly fees already paid are not refunded, in whole or in part.
- Assigned numbers are reclaimed immediately without compensation and without any right to porting.
- We may refuse future registration by the same person, company or payment method.
5. Fees and balance
Calls are billed per started minute from the account balance. Setup fees and monthly number fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, even if access is later revoked or the service is never used. A minimum balance is required to start a call. The balance is shared across all of our services.
6. Customer responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for the legal basis of every call, for consents, for maintaining suppression and internal opt-out lists, for recording notifications, and for compliance with marketing, telecom and data protection law in the recipient's country. The Customer indemnifies the Company against claims, fines and costs arising from the Customer's call traffic.
7. Logging
We log call metadata (time, duration, destination, result) for billing, troubleshooting and abuse control. These logs are used internally. Our position on disclosure to third parties is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Master Service Agreement.
8. Availability
The dialer is provided as is. We give no warranty as to uptime, reachability of any given destination, call quality or acceptance of any particular caller ID. Emergency calling is not supported.
9. Changes
We may amend these terms. Continued use of the dialer after a revised version is published constitutes acceptance of that version.
