This page is directed at police, prosecutors and other authorities.

All legal requests go to support@sveasms.se. We only respond to requests from competent Swedish authorities or via international legal assistance.

What we can disclose

• Account information (name, email, payment method, IP log).
• SMS metadata: sender ID, recipient number, timestamp, delivery status.
• SMS content if still stored (max 90 days).

Request requirements

Written request with case number, legal basis and contact person. Emergency life-and-limb matters are handled expedited.
