Anti-Spam Policy

Updated: 2026-07-01

SveaSMS, operated by Global Trade Rhino LLC, enforces zero tolerance against spam. This policy is binding. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring valid legal basis for every send.

1. Definition

"Spam" means any message sent without valid consent, in breach of applicable marketing law, to numbers on do-not-call registries, in breach of a previous opt-out, or in volumes / patterns which operators or recipients reasonably perceive as unsolicited.

2. Burden of proof

The burden of proof for valid legal basis lies with the Customer. On complaint the Customer must within seven (7) calendar days present, on request, documentation (consent logs, agreements, opt-in timestamps, IP, source). Failure results in suspension.

3. Opt-out

Every marketing send must include an easily accessible opt-out. The Customer must build and maintain an internal suppression list and never send to recipients who have opted out. SveaSMS may implement a platform-level suppression list.

4. Frequency and time of day

Marketing sends should be avoided between 21:00 and 09:00 local time at the recipient, unless consent expressly permits otherwise. Reasonable frequency must be observed.

5. Monitoring and enforcement

The Company monitors delivery patterns, complaint rate, opt-out ratio and operator feedback. On indication of spam the Company may, without notice: throttle rate limits, filter sends, suspend the account and forfeit balance under the Refund Policy.

6. Reporting

Abuse can be reported to support@sveasms.com. The Company takes action under this policy. Customer data is treated as confidential and is not shared with other companies or outside parties.
