SveaSMS has zero tolerance for spam.

Consent

Marketing SMS may only be sent to recipients who have given clear opt-in consent or where a legal exemption applies.

Opt-out

Every marketing SMS must give the recipient a way to unsubscribe. STOP/AVSLUTA is handled automatically per Sender ID.

Report spam

Suspect abuse from our platform? Email support@sveasms.se with the timestamp and Sender ID.

Sanctions

Accounts that violate the policy are permanently suspended without refund of used balance.
