Transparency

SveaSMS, operated by Global Trade Rhino LLC, publishes no public transparency report for confidentiality reasons. Public statistics on account data and requests risk revealing Customers' identity and being misused, so we do not publish them.

1. What we do instead

• Customer data is treated as confidential and is not shared with other companies or outside parties.
• Access is limited to authorised personnel and to the subprocessors required to deliver the service, all bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements.
• Questions concerning Customer data are handled in writing via sales@sveasms.se and assessed individually by our legal function — see /legal-requests.

2. No numeric commitments

We make no binding commitments regarding uptime, number of requests, number of suspensions or number of removed accounts. Such information is internal.
